The Coronavirus pandemic has seen a massive change in working, with businesses across the world having to quickly adapt to remote working, so now more than ever we must look after our employee’s health and wellbeing.

Remote working presents some challenges to people’s health and wellbeing and managers can feel uncertain of the best ways of supporting and helping. Our course has been created to help in this area.

It is short, bite-sized and filled with practical guidance and advice about a range of topics including how to support staff with different mental health problems, how to avoid burnout, how to protect your mental health during the Coronavirus pandemic and more.

Our Supporting Your Team's Health and Wellbeing Remotely course is suitable for a wide range of roles including business owners, HR professionals, senior managers, middle managers, line managers and team leaders.

Duration

Our bite-size course will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. The length of time taken depends entirely on how quickly you can study and absorb the material. You can proceed as quickly or slowly as you like, and there is no limit on how long you can take to do the course and your progress will be automatically saved so you can log in and out as you please.

Entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements for this course.

Test and certificate

The end of course test consists of 15 multiple choice questions. Learners are required to achieve a 75% pass mark, and, if necessary, may attempt the test six times at no extra cost.

If learners do not achieve the 75% pass mark, further attempts may be given by contacting our support team.

Learners will be able to download a digital certificate on completion. This can be printed, and we suggest you keep it for your records.
