Course description

Our short course is ideal for anyone who manages a remote team and is looking to discover effective ways of keeping their team motivated.

The Coronavirus pandemic has forced businesses to adapt their way of working, and as a result working remotely has fast become the new norm.

We recognise that this affects the way a manager manages and leads their team. One way which is important, especially given the turbulent times we find ourselves in, is how to keep the team motivated.

Our course has been created specifically to support here. It will provide you with useful tips and insights into topics such as understanding what motivates your team; giving feedback, recognition and praise, and motivating your team during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Our Motivating Remote Teams course is suitable for a wide range of roles including business owners, HR professionals, senior managers, middle managers, line managers and team leaders.

Duration

Our bite-size course will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The length of time taken depends entirely on how quickly you can study and absorb the material. You can proceed as quickly or slowly as you like, and there is no limit on how long you can take to do the course and your progress will be automatically saved so you can log in and out as you please.

Entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements for this course.

Test and certificate

The end of course test consists of 15 multiple choice questions. Learners are required to achieve a 75% pass mark, and, if necessary, may attempt the test six times at no extra cost.

If learners do not achieve the 75% pass mark, further attempts may be given by contacting our support team.

Learners will be able to download a digital certificate on completion. This can be printed, and we suggest you keep it for your records.
