Course description

Our package contains six bite-size courses and is ideal for any manager looking for the essential information needed to effectively manage a remote team.

As the Coronavirus pandemic has dramatically changed the way we work overnight, many mangers now find they are managing teams remotely.

We realise this can be daunting and unnerving, which is why we have created this suite of short courses to help adapt and build your skills so you can confidently and successfully lead and manage your team.

Each course is between 15 and 30 minutes long, and between them they cover all the essential topics from communication to performance management to supporting mental health.

Our Leading and Managing Remote Teams Package is suitable for a wide range of roles including business owners, HR professionals, senior managers, middle managers, line managers and team leaders.

Duration

Our bite-size course will take approximately 15-30 minutes each to complete, with the whole package taking 2-3 hours to complete. The length of time taken depends entirely on how quickly you can study and absorb the material. You can proceed as quickly or slowly as you like, and there is no limit on how long you can take to do the course and your progress will be automatically saved so you can log in and out as you please.

Entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements for this course.

Test and certificate

Each end of course test consists of 15 multiple choice questions. Learners are required to achieve a 75% pass mark, and, if necessary, may attempt the test six times at no extra cost.

If learners do not achieve the 75% pass mark, further attempts may be given by contacting our support team.

Learners will be able to download a digital certificate on completion of each course. This can be printed, and we suggest you keep it for your records.
