On 8 March 2012 the Welfare Reform Act received Royal Assent. The Act legislates for the biggest change to the welfare system for over 60 years and poses a huge challenge for all those working in the social housing sector.

This short e-learning course will help learners to understand the changes brought about through the Act and how these changes will affect their customers and their organisation.

On completion of this course learners will:

    This online course consists of a series of pages in which an instructor will talk learners through the lesson material. Pages may include supporting pictures, graphs, animation or extra sounds to help with the learning where appropriate.
