Our Understand How to Support Individuals with Autism Spectrum Conditions training course has been updated with help from subject matter experts to include more information on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and to cover the Oliver McGowan case.
As 2.8 million people in the UK are affected by autistic spectrum disorders, it is important that we gain an understanding of the autistic spectrum and the strategies that are available to support those with the disorders.

It is aimed at anyone who may come into contact with someone who has an autistic spectrum disorder, whether that is someone they care for, or a family member, friend or colleague, and will provide them with a greater understanding of the autistic spectrum and helpful strategies to support those on it.
