Course description

Being able to manage change within an organisation is hugely important to ensure its success. Understanding how to manage change is skill often overlooked, but can prove to be incredibly beneficial.

This 45-minute online course looks to help managers manage change within their teams and organisations.

Change can appear in many areas within the workplace such as change in technology, change in leadership or change in procedures and processes. Being able to effectively manage change can have many benefits including being able to anticipate any challenges and be able to lower and risks, improve staff cooperation during the change and minimise any staff resistance to change.

This course covers the following topics:
