With our Safeguarding Everyone Level 3 package learners will be able to identify and then act after recognising signs and symptoms of abuse, and the ways in which to reduce the risk of abuse of vulnerable children, young people and adults. Being a lead worker in a safeguarding environment comes with some extremely important responsibilities and they need to confident their safeguarding is up to date and in-depth enough to meet these responsibilities.
This Level 3 Safeguarding Everyone training give learners the knowledge they need to understand how to respond in safeguarding situations and helps learners to apply this knowledge to their own workplace.

It is a statutory requirement for anyone who works with vulnerable children, young people and adults to have up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding policies, legislation and guidance so they can proactively focus on keeping them safe from harm and maintain the ability to act on any concerns about their safety and welfare.
