The Productive Leader is a suite of courses for healthcare professionals and is based on the popular NHS 'Productives' training. Created as a collaboration with the NHS Institute for Improvement and Innovation it looks at behavioural change and uses evidence of projects from various healthcare environments to create a better understanding in topics such as how workloads can be managed, running meetings and dealing with other day to day workloads placed on team leaders and management. Some of the courses can be completed straight away as e-learning, or for those looking for a more complete solution the Enable Learning Management System provides tools to allow for uploading of documents and assessments to an e-portfolio, which means you receive the benefit of face to face training without having to take time away from work to meet with assessors.
