The Evolution of L&D Roundup
The L&D industry has witnessed a lot of changes in the last couple of years so to understand this a little further we surveyed over 2,000 of our learners. Once we had reviewed and analysed the data we produced a series of reports entitled ‘The Evolution of L&D’ covering many topics, but with a clear focus on these changing behaviours and their impact on the future of learning and development. These reports covered three main areas:
- Creating training to suit the learner
- The importance of investing in your learners
- The future of L&D
We have summarised the key findings from each one and consolidated them into one handy document with the aim of providing you with some useful hints and tips on how you can improve your L&D planning not just in this year, but into the future.
